In the middle of the home is a glass pond and bird habitat. BEAUTIFUL!!!

As far as modern goes this next house also needs to be mentioned. In the wonderful film "The Holiday" Camaron Diaz & Kate Winslet switch places for the holidays. Great movie as well as several beautiful locations. This one is Amanda's (Diaz's character)home in L.A. Here is the front and some other rooms that compliment her character and is a centerpiece for the movie.
I will probably list the other locations of this movie in other posts. They have several!

That strangers house, I saw the movie and ooooh and aaaahhed for the house. Cant recall much on the movie. LOL
It was wonderful. It made me rethink putting the pond outside of my home. Now I want one inside!
